Terms of Service

This website is operated by RVYVE ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting rvyvefilters.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they contain important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations of liability and how orders are fulfilled and delivered.

1. General

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from us. You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts at our discretion where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, reselling without authorisation, or breach of these terms.

2. Products & Product Information

RVYVE products are our own custom-branded products, manufactured to our specifications and supplied in custom branded packaging. We make every effort to display our products, specifications and colours accurately, however we cannot guarantee your screen's display matches the physical product, and minor variations between batches may occur. We may improve, change or discontinue products at any time. Filtration performance figures describe laboratory or supplier test conditions; real-world results vary with local water quality, water pressure and cartridge age. Our products are home water-filtration devices — they are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including after an order confirmation has been sent — for example where stock is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order we will refund all amounts paid for the cancelled items. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund affected orders even after payment.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local market currency where supported and include GST for Australian orders. We may change prices at any time without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility where not collected at checkout.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

When you purchase a refill subscription, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout (for example, every 3 months) at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting support@rvyvefilters.com. Cancellations after a renewal has been billed take effect from the following cycle. Subscriber-only pricing, bonuses and discounts apply only while the qualifying subscription is part of the order or remains active, and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes and bundle pricing are available for limited times, may not be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that exploit pricing or promotion errors, stacking glitches or unauthorised codes.

7. Fulfilment & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Queensland, Australia fulfilment centre where local stock is available. If an item is temporarily out of stock locally, you agree that we may fulfil your order directly from our manufacturing facility in China (or another of our fulfilment locations) so that you receive the identical custom-branded product, in our custom branded packaging, in the quickest possible time. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. They are not guaranteed, are not of the essence of our contract with you, and — to the extent permitted by law — a delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order, claim a refund or claim compensation. 8. Returns & Faulty Products

All returns require prior authorisation from our support team — products sent back without first contacting us, or sent to an unauthorised address, cannot be processed and will not be refunded, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Faulty-product claims require photo or video evidence of the fault, and accepted claims are remedied with a replacement or refund after the product is returned to us by a tracked service. 9. Installation & Proper Use

Our products must be installed and used in accordance with the included instructions, on compatible standard fittings, hand-tightened only, and with cartridges replaced at the recommended intervals. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage (including water damage or damage to plumbing or property) caused by improper installation, over-tightening, incompatible fittings, modification, neglect, failure to replace cartridges, or use contrary to the instructions. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before installing.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the products giving rise to the claim; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity; and (c) where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so.

12. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our products or Services, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

13. Intellectual Property & Reviews

All content on this site — including the RVYVE name, branding, imagery, copy and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, edit and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is honest, lawful and your own.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, supplier or manufacturing disruption, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war or government action.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
